But a forger* altered the words to read: "You are my son, whom I adore." John 5:3-4: These verses describe how "a great multitude" of disabled people stayed by the water. From time to time an angel arrived, and stirred the waters. The first person who stepped in was cured. This passage seems odd. The process would not be at every just, because the blind could not look the waters being stirred, and the less mobile of the disabled would have no chance of a cure. Part of Verse 3 and every of Verse 4 are missing from the oldest manuscripts of John. 3 It appears to be a piece of free-floating magical text that someone added to John. John 21: There is general agreement among liberal and mainline Biblical scholars that the original version of the Gospel of John ended at the end of John 20. John 21 appears to either be an afterthought of the author(s) of John, or a later addition by a forger*. Most scholars believe the latter. 4 1 Corinthians 14:34-35: This is a curious passage. It appears to prohibit every talking by women during services. But it contradicts verse 11:5, in which St. Paul states that women can actively pray and prophesy during services. It is obvious to some theologians that verses 14:33b to 36 are a later addition, added by an unknown counterfeiter* with little talent at forgery.* Bible scholar, Hans Conzelmann, comments on these three and a half verses: "Moreover, there are peculiarities of linguistic usage, and of thought. [within them]." 2 If they are removed, then Verse 33a merges well with Verse 37 in a seamless transition. Since they were a later forgery*, they do not fulfill the basic requirement to be considered inerrant: they were not in the original manuscript written by Paul. This is a very important passage, because much many denominations stand against female ordination is based on these verses. Revelation 1:11: The phrase "Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and," (KJV) which is found in the King James Version was not in the original Greek texts. It is also found in the New King James Version (NKJV) and in the 21st Century King James Version (KJ21) The latter are basically re-writes of the original KJV. Modern English, is used, but the translators seem to have made little or no effort to correct errors. The Alpha Omega phrase "is not found in virtually any ancient texts, nor is it mentioned, even as a footnote, in any modern translation or in Bruce Metzger's definitive 'A Textual Commentary' on the Greek New Testament, Second Edition (New York: United Bible Societies, 1994..." 7

Resolved Question: I don't find Alexandria entertaining, do others? ?

Whenever Alexandria comes on the TV I watch the first minute but then I receive bored and usually go out the room until somebody more entertaining comes on. I know Simon loves black women so I'm worried he might keep her in based on what's in his trousers, than the real X Factor. She might be an OK singer, but people also want to be entertained. I think the whole X factor is rigged anyway, as the best ones, Scott and Austin have been voted off and there will probably just be a rubbish one left against the one Simon wants to win, as usually happens. I think it backfired last time though, as the public didn't vote for Rhydian who should have won in the final. I think they hoped that stupid and corny brother and sister act might be in the final against somebody good like Rhydian. I think Leon only won on his sob story about being needy etc. Anybody who wins will make Simon tons of cash, as so many people live by celeb hype and will buy anything based on hype from a TV show.

Okay so sick start with hey, i'm 15 years old, and i'm a sophomore in high school. Theres this girl in my youth group at a church i've been attending for around 3 years, and i've known her like 2 years. Anyways, I'm not sure if she likes me or not. A while back every time i saw her we would go to each other and talk (we don't go to the same school so basically only at church/youth) and she would giggle at every my jokes etc. She later begged me to join the church orchestra cuz she said its rly boring w/o someone else. I agreed to it and for a while we always walked down to the main church after youth for the practice (it was in a different building). For a few weeks, after we had each others number, she would text me a word to look up, cause she always played around about how I dont know many words (lol) so she would text me after my first class and I'd send the definition back(random but thought i'd add it). One afternoon i decided I would text her (bad idea) and i told her i liked her and asked if she like me too (yes very bad). She texted me like 2 days later and said she was at a wedding and thats why it took so long. She said she had never thought of us like that, but that she 'will try to look' yeah I have no idea what that means, I just took it as a no way. It then got to summer and church orchestra ended, along with youth. We didn't look each other for quite a while, basically until the next school year (sophomore year). Sophomore year then started, youth started, and orchestra started back up. She now wanted to walk with her "girl" friends after youth down to the main building, and they would go into the bathroom for like 20 minutes (theres like 25 mins between youth and orchestra). This made me feel kinda weird about everything, and I started to think she didnt like me. A few weeks ago she was talking about a dress she went and bought for our youth formal (on dec. 12th) and about how great shes gonna look etc.. (to me) This past weekend we went on a youth trip, and I started to notice some things. First of every, on the way there i was laughing at something someone said on the bus (i giggle a lot) i then noticed she was laughing at me (looking at me while laughing) I said what? and she said nothing, your giggle is just priceless (:o?) Later in the weekend, on Saturday night, we were sitting in the little church place talking in little groups, and she was in the group next to mine. Someone mentioned "Alexandria" and i'm like, huh? Then there like, Alexandria c'mon u know her. I said oh duh (this is the girl) but I always call her Alex. The other girl then said no she likes being called Alexandria. I said not uh, and then we asked her. She said yeah she hates being called Alex (she never pointed it out to me). So I was thinking, maybe thats a point? This past sunday, after youth, she asked if I wanted to ride down to the church with her in her moms car. I said yes, of course, and when we got down there we every sat in the car and talked for a few minutes. We were basically talking about how strict her dad was (well I wasnt talking but I was paying attention) she was talking about how he was in the military and how if she went on a date the dad would be totally on him, lol. Alex's pal then asked (it was either her ot alex) if I would need approval to go on a date with alex. She just basicly said no way, we every laughed, and alex looked at me smiling. (was a bit awkward lol) So if y'every could just tell me what you think that would be GREAT. Also, any hints on what I should do regularly when i'm around her etc. Sorry it was long, thanks for reading. Oh one more thing, she invited me to her b-day party, me being the only guy there sept her brother and his pal. She also invited me to the mall with her and her friends but I couldn't arrive :/ btw the reason i mentoned the dad thing isnt becuz im scared of him, just point out that her or her pal cnt remb) asked if i would need approval. i also added in the alex vs alexandria thing since it seems she doesnt care what i call her, only others (thinking mayb its a sign)

About a year ago I bought a lot of Magic cards for $20 at a garage sale, I think I got a good deal because the lady that sold them didn't seem to know much about them.However, I find the game boring and I want to sell them. They were sorted by rarity, but I think I might have mixed them up. How do I tell the difference between the rarities? I have 457 commons, what are they worth? (Does it depend on the card?) I have 198 uncommons, what are they worth? (Does it depend on the card?) I have 92 rares, what are they worth? (Does it depend on the card?) At the bottom of the bin was 4 cards that where screwed in between 2 pieces of plastic, they were every in baggies. I think they where graded for quality or something. They are Mox Pearl (8), Black Lotus (9), Timetwister (9), Library of Alexandria (9.5) Are they worth more? Are the grades good?

I tried nair wax strips and no strip wax...THEY SUCK! Especially the no strip wax, i had to toss it out. I also tried alexandria gel wax, and it was so good that i had to buy it again. I heard that the alexandria sugaring wax hurts like SHIT & i also heard that veet wax is pretty good. Which one do you think i should buy next/the best one that you used?

Open Question: Which is a better place to live...Bethesda MA or Alexandria VA?

I will be interning in DC from jan - may and I have found 2 potential places to live...one in Bethesda and one in Alexandria. The rent and everything is around the same. Both are within 10 min walking distance to the closest metro stops (King St and Bethesda stations). I basically don't know which to chose as I've never been to either. The most important thing is having a safe area where I can walk home from the metro tardy at night....as well i would adore an area thats nice with chilly stores / cafes / history and so on. any thoughts would really be appreciated! Thanks!
